Mike is responsible for all tax services provided by the firm. Mike has 35 years of experience in public accounting. He joined the firm in 1987. He has an extensive background in corporate and personal taxation. Mike obtained both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation degrees from Bentley University.
Mike is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Division.
He has an extensive background in both corporate and personal taxation. His background provides experience in the tax aspects of: multi-state corporate and personal tax filings; multi-state sales and use tax issues; corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions; partnership taxation; estate and retirement planning; and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
When away from the office Mike plays hockey and softball in various mens leagues in the Boston area. He is also a bicycle and exercise enthusiast, as well as an avid Boston sports fan.
